Default 993 Quirks

I know this has been done before, but it might be fun to compile a new list of all the quirks that are inherent with our cars. To get started:

Fast flashing indicator light warning of a burned-out tail-light.
Offset steering wheel.
Offset side mirrors.
In-built redundancy of valve-guides.
Over-sensitive CEL light.
Undertray.
Grinding rear spoiler mechanism.
Door check strap.
Switchblade key.
Headlight washers.
Rusting window strips.
Cassette tapes holder.
SUV ride-height.

I disagree on the ride height, an opinion from a guy on the "outside" of 993 ownership I think the look of the stock ride height is just fine. Handling increases with the lowering ,but these were close to 1G from the factory correct?

With practice, the turning circle can be greatly reduced. At the expense of the rear tires.

- Clutch and brake pedals hinged at the floor board.
- Wood floor pedal board on a $70K+ sports car.
- Mysterious kinematic rear alignment that only 3 people in the world can do with a $15K Porsche tool.
- Wipers resting on driver side obstructing beautiful view of curved fenders.
- General Motor Truck-like steering wheel.

Fast flashing indicating worn out bulb - NORMAL for most cars
Offset mirrors - NORMAL for most cars

How about:

Must lean over to tune radio.
Cannot see climate controls behind steering wheel.

Just a side note....rear wheels get centered correctly once the car is lowered to designed ride heights. The U.S. SUV height brings the wheel closer to the front of the wheel well.

Umm, is the top-end after 70K miles a quirk, a design blunder, or both?
