The previous owner was motivated to sell, so to say.
After the purchase I had a major maintenance service done, replaced the ignition cable set and front hood cylinders, and had a minor repair on the shun shade. But overall it appears still a good deal.

Interior - Points removed for worn weather stripping and kick plate on drivers side (from dragging foot) and discolored leather on left side of steering wheel. Floor mats are worn out.
Exterior - Points removed for small ding on driver side rear fender and hairline scratch on rear hood. Small spots of black crud on wheel rims from old weights. One inch curb rash on passenger rear wheel.
Mechanical - Points removed for oil seeping from power steering pump gasket and timing chain access plate gasket. Left headlight washer inop. 3 LED's burned out on rear (basket handle) brake light. Left reverse light inop. Front brakes down to 25%. Rear tires have about 3000 miles left.
I figure $1500 to $2000 to address all mechanical and cosmetic issues.
Wish list: 3-spoke black steering wheel (to help break up the sea of grey inside), new floor mats, new stereo head unit (iPod, bluetooth, amber lighting).
