Here are the charts - prices vs. mileage, model year, year purchased. The sample size is not too big, admittedly, so I just aggregated the C2 and C4S data. I did not control for factors like options, condition, etc (not enough data).

What this is - is proof that we would have been better off by investing in Porsches rather than financial instruments.


The prices stay fairly independently of these variables; there is (as one would expect) some trending down vs. mileage, but it does level (as expected, too).

2 owner car, I am third. Previous owner purchased from his business partner...so he has known the car since new.

I was hoping for more paperwork, but the car passed PPI with flying colors. I do have the original window sticker, lost key medallion, and the car was never painted or in an accident. I think it is a 10+, but it is a used car. Some small rock chips, a bit of curb rash, and two dings...everything that can be repaired very, very easily and will be.
