Thank you.

It's all Hardie plank. Smooth finish 7 1/4" plank with 6" exposure.

I've had all the old siding removed from house too, and then had plywood install so it could get Hardie plank. In the photo below you can see some of the work. The part of the house to the right is a new addition in Hardie plank too so everything pretty much looks like it was always that way.

Default Garage

A buddy of mine had a nice garage installed in his house. He had fantastic insight and installed a used hydrolic lift. What a winfall. He was never sorry. Not too late!

Picture of guys working on wiring in garage. I will have 200 amp service.

Plumbing is done. One thing my contractor said to add which I did was a hot water spigot outside; good for washing dirty stuff.

Wow! Nice addition and garage. Any thoughts about putting an in-line filter in your water system to cut down on water spots on your S?

Thanks for sharing the pics. Keep 'em coming!

Very Nice!
Another thought. If you have natural gas, you might want to set up an instant hot water heater rather than an electric one. I like the idea of the hot water faucet outside. Nice touch! You could even wash the dog with that (if you have one).

I'm not convinced those systems that get rid of spots are that good so I'll pass on that for now.

As for a gas instant hot water heater system we don't have gas so I'll just go wtih electric.

Below are a couple of photos of where I plumbed my new garage for compressed air which will be running thru 3/4" copper pipe from my other attached garage. The other photo is the filter system setup in attached garage. It will be mounted on the wall to the left of where the nipple comes out of the wall.

There is room for a large refrigerator, I even have a build in icemaker hookup.

No kitchen but I do have a 50 amp 220 outlet along with about 4 or 5 other 220 outlets that are 20 and 30 amps each.

Of course I have a small bathroom with a shower stall.

Steve at the Ultimate Garage http://www.ultimategarage.com/ helped me with the design so hopefully we have not left to much out given the small space we had to work with.

You can never have to many. Actually I'm not sure where I'm going to put stuff so this way I have more flexibility.
