Utility sink install just about done. I used 12 x12 porcelian tiles, did not use any bullnosed tile, but bullnosed what need to be so I'd have less grout joints. I used black grout and and black tile grout caulk so I should not have much trouble keeping it clean.
The black grout and especially the black caulk were a real pain to work with.

They are working on my floor which is epoxy, I am using products made by Wolverine Coatings. Below they are shotblasting the surface, that gives the concrete the ideal profile to accept the primer Bondtite 1101, which they applied today. They filled my control joints with Intergraflex. They will come back tomorrow and apply the colorcoat which is Liquidtile 1184. Then they will spread flakes. On Monday I will put on the clearcoat, Bondtitel 1101 is use for this.
Edited:
Primer coat applied and drying.

Bondtite 1184 and flakes applied. Photo is below and I can tell you it does not do justice to how nice it really appears. It looked beautiful without the flakes too, but much brigther. Contractor went over floor with a buffer that removed air bubbles.
Specs.
integraflex to fill control joint
16-18 mils of 1101 as primer
22-24 mils of 1184 as colorcoat
16-18 mils of 1101 as topcoat (I will apply tomorrow or TuesdayFloor is about done.

OK, once that "shotblasting Zamboni" shows up, you know that's not an ordinary housepainter learning how to paint floors! Are you getting a lift? Either way, that will be a showplace!
Call the caterer. I see a first class Southeast RL gathering in your future: vinegary orange Carolina BBQ, both kinds of tea, frosty adult beverages...

The contractor who did the job is Epoxy System Specialist in Greenville, SC. They do industrial and commercial flooring. I know someone, actually the owner of the company that manufactures the products I used and he got them to do my small job while they were in Charleston working on a project for one of their regular customers.
Check their website it has some interesting information on some of the jobs they've done http://www.epoxysystemspecialists.com/
The link to the company that makes the products I used is http://wolverinecoatings.com/index.html

Close to being done. Lift will should be installed in a week or two. Then I will apply final clearcoat of epoxy so floor will be smooth with no flakes protruding. Also need to put on doors for closet and bathroom.

Garage is done. Working on engine swap. Removed engine and transmission, as a unit, from 1992 sedan and will put it in my 1992 wagon.
