I'll also invite my friend Marc who has a Cayman S and a 997S Cab. He just sold his Cayman S for a new 997 GT3 that he might have by now.

Well, get to work Brendan! I have also invited a friend of mine who has an M3, an M6 (on order) and will probably drive his 2004 Ferrari 360 Challange Stradale to meet us in Brentwood only. I would try not to miss this car if the weather is nice. Black with Red leather. WOW!!

I hope I'm not jinxing myself, but it looks as if I'll get a break in the action for the weekend and will be able to come Saturday after all. Look forward to seeing you all at 8!

I was in Nashville for business last week and stopped at Thoroughbred while the BOSS was at GreenHills. The TTPepper in black is supposed to be there this Fri. While there I was shown a new 997GT3 white /gray that was sold and was being picked up in a trailor from Franklin ,TN. The salesman mentioned they were possibly getting another if I wanted to trade my 05 GT3. I'm not sure what their allocation was on the 07. Sharp car. TTPepper looks very nice.
Do any of you Renn listers from Nashville ever run to Barber in Birmingham?

I went down there to watch the Porsche 250 this past summer and went one other time to watch a PCA DE while I was in town doing something else. Beautiful track with an awesome museum to boot. Next time I go down there it will be to drive!

Hey Robert- as I am not a Brentwoodian, where is the Starbucks? Is it the one on Franklin Road on the same side of the street as the Puffy Muffin across from the shopping center with Kroger's and TJ Maxx? Thanks.

Brendan,
You are correct. The Starbucks is located in the same shopping center with Puffy Muffin and REI. Last Saturday, we parked on the last row of parking spots which backs up to Franklin road. This arrangement should work well again and allow for parking of 10 or 15 cars.

Sunny day! YAAAAHOOOOOOO!!!! Drove the TT today. Thoroughly enjoyed my drive in, even if it is only 4 miles...
Brendan, yes that is it in front of REI and the Puffy Muffin.
Bill, yes T'Bred screwed Mark on the GT3, but I am proud of him for telling them they just lost a sale and he went and ordered one from Louisville. He is going to get it next week and invited me to go. I am going to ride up with him if I get the chance. I think he handed over the Cayman S to Moody around the beginning of the year. I'll bet Mike, still hasn't gone home.
See everyone at 8. If it's pretty there will be more cars there, including the Ferrari. Weather is looking great so far...

Hey guys,
I picked up a mild cold the other day, and while it's not bad enough to keep me from going to work, I think I need to lie low this weekend to get over it. Therefore, I am regrettably going to have to skip the Cayenne release party and the tech session at Renntag Motorwerks.
I did happen to recently purchase the special 2-disk DVD versions of 'Bullitt' and 'Grand Prix', so at least I will have some cool car movies to view this weekend.
Take it easy,

This originally started as a RL 993 gathering. That said I have absolutely no problem inviting any others you wish to invite, even 996 owners (that's a joke folks!).
