I've been out of commission with work for the past few weeks. Glad I checked in on PP this evening. I'll be there with Phoenix ('73 911). She's running a bit richer than usual lately, but she's running.
Are you guys going through the traffic circle after the palisades heading up 9w (the one by the Bear Mt. Bridge)? If so, I may meet up with you there as I'm about 13 mile north of there.

Just talked to a friend who lives in New Paltz who reminds us that:
- The region is *crawling* with troopers and traffic on many main roads due
to the height of what he called "the invasion of the pumpkin people".

Drifting
I was on this route last Sunday and the touristy areas with bikers and hikers at the state parks are very busy but overall if people keep their heads about them we should be okay. I was amazed of the amount of people that travel upstate each weekend to wonder in the boonies.

New alternator in Friday night! Tested it (drove a bunch today) and Im good.
I was operating for 6 months on 12vs...didnt know I was supposed to be seeing 14!!!
