I didnt even know there were that many of you guys behind me.

And one of you snabbed a shot my lowly Corrado

I had an awesome time. From the moment we saw the Coutach fly-bye on the Palisades, we knew we were in for a treat. Thanks to Arrwin and Bob to organizing the trip and thanks to all for welcoming myself and Himmien (my co-pilot/photographer) into the group. We had a great time chatting with the 5 guys at "the" pumpkin place (where the cider was) and overall, just thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Seeing all those Porsches in one place made me tingle all over.

Himmien took some great pictures and will have them edited and uploaded by weeks end, at which time I will post them.

Again, thanks alot for allowing me to tag along.

Thanks Arwin and Bob. Hope you didn't mind us Pelicanites glomming onto your run!!! We should always combine forces going forward.

S2TGART Rich- glad it ended well. What did it turn out to be? We were saying maybe CDI box, maybe the green wire to the dist, maybe the coil. What was it?

It was the coil, however Irek did find that there was too much resistance in the system from the CDI box. So that is probably shortening the life of the coils.

Arwin,
Thanks for organizing the meet, enjoyed seeing all those nice cars together.
Guys who somehow got onto 209 south with me (still don't know how that happened), I hope you got back on track without a problem.
Moment from the drive that made me grin:
Driving down 52 and swerving slightly to avoid what was really only a 1" dip from a plate in the street, looking in my rearview mirror and seeing 50 cars in a row do the exact same thing.

Hey Josh,

Glad to meet you! I didn't know you were there, well...I didn't know you were "midcont"! Haha. I'll need to make nametags next time with everyone's handle.

Good meeting you Josh. Love your car.

My camera has been acting up. I didn't think I got anything, these are not great but figured I'd post them.

Rick's great. He's fixed my car and I like they way he takes the time to diagnosis the problem rather than throwing parts at your car. What more can you ask for than the most cost effective solution to get you fixed right? I am awaiting the arrival of a few minor parts and my car will be back in CIM next week.

With all this talk about CIM...it begs the question...

Do they work on things other than Porsches?

(like say, a Corrado for instance?)
