You know, I really worried about the wood. It photos poorly and I bought the car site unseen. Now I love it and cringe when I think I almost passed on the car on account of it. I'd love for you to take a look if you're ever in Tampa.

These come in different sizes depending on your stabilizer bars size. (20mm - 21mm- or 22mm)
My Carrera S ROW are 22mm. front and 21mm rear.
Easy to do it yourself.
the price for those is +/- $25 for the 4.

had a 30k service done at an independent and they changed belts and spark plug wires at the time. I believe it is part of the recommended 30k service.

Changing the wires at 30K is really not necessary, what did they charge?

I have 10 years coming up, in addition to what was indicated above (good point about air bag check), is check engine mounts, clear all water drain hoses, replace the dual distributor that comes with new belt, replace SAI check valve and cleaning of system, change PS fluid, check all OBD codes.

Thanks again everyone. The recent 993 muffler post got me thinking .. ( I know bad habits die hard) but does the mototsound muffler package "degrade" over time ie 10 years. Does it required "freshening" or maintainance or RSR'd???
Thanks again
Jack

Mufflers should be fine. Don't they get louder with age anyway? ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
There have been some threads with long lists of preventative maintanance items. One thing I would do is the SAI check valve. (Unless you have a 95)
