I think there's an old expression about tides and all boats, but being a car guy, I can't remember...

This one was RNM, too...at $182k + $5k...

its not easy and its a complete pain the butt...i've got 2 German 964's ive been waiting for months to get USA titles for them..and i'm using Montana as its supposably the quickest easiest route..also have a Canadian originally USA 964 same issues...its a long drawn out process with lots of paperwork, if i could go back i wouldn't have bought any of those 3 cars i'm currently having to just "sit on"

of course if you're buying the car for yourself its much easier to stomach the long drawn out process, but me as a dealer looking to sell them consider it money tied up & risk of market fluctuations.

^Truth. Been waiting on a MT title to be issued since June. It used to take a matter of a few weeks, but now it's months.

Yeah, that's exactly what I would assume. In my experience living in California, I've bought several cars out of state and just getting them registered in California has been a total pain in the ***.
So bringing in a vehicle from outside the country, I'd expect the process to be worse not better than what I've already dealt with.

Likely scenario is that since the buyer just spent north of $500k on two 911s, chances they are paying someone to manage the import and registration headache.

Interesting about the title delay. We get ours the same day in Ontario, Canada regardless of where the car is from as long as you have the import docs and current title.

Default Canadian rust buckets is all we see

I will say that in many markets, a "home market" car is worth more all else being equal.
as far as we seen forever in Florida is very hidden rusty Canadian Porsche. I’m not picking on anyone but , wow never seen so much rust. Ever

Anyone notice this one? $143k seems like a kinda soft result for a 33k mile C4S. I guess that’s where the market is or was there something holding that car back?

Red and C4S. It sold at the right price. No offense to any Red Pcar owner.

Hey! I have a red C4S! I would take offense, but I'm too busy driving. I'll take offense later.
