I was reading the Pcar post quickly, but it appears the seller has had his account restricted. I’ve seen buyers get restricted, but not a seller. How does that work with 3 days remaining on auction? Can he still answer questions?

Strange, I don’t see all the comments anymore, including the response from Pcar. Anyway Pcar posted that the seller’s account was being restricted because he had violated their rules by discussing pricing (possibly reserves) in the comments section.
They even described what he needed to do to get his account restored. At the top of the listing it now says 2 bids, 15 comments; however if you scroll down to the comment section it still says 17 comments. My guess is the seller’s comment that got him restricted and their reply to him both got removed. Just my guess.

All comments are monitored by PCar. All "send a message to the seller" are monitored. PCar protects their interests from seller's or buyers making off site deals and also prohibits telephone conversations between seller's and and buyers, including "answering questions."

Even with 170k miles, that Arctic Silver 4S still looked so clean and had a ton of goodies like the Sport Seats and tequipment shift ****...

You were correct. It sold for $166.5k. Seller turned down $167k on BAT. Looks as if expectations and reserve were both lowered to match current market pricing.
