I agree with Porsche's design philosophy of matching the wheels color to the car.

I've always felt that wheels are silver to be a one-color-fits-all cost saving measure.

i've never seen a combination of same wheel / body color that is to my tastes, with the probably exception of silver (argent) since i like silver wheels.

Brit-- I hear ya. Some are suprisingly good, but, IMHO, most at least need some contrast to break up the single-scheme paint colors, such as a contrasting lip.

Slate Grey's one of my favorite colors, but this polished lip's more appealing to me than uni-color wheels. From the "A genuine 993 Turbo Cabriolet based on a 965?" thread...
