Mike in case they didnt' give you a direct dial to the customs dept. 866-600-0014. not saying you aren't going to wait, but supposedly that dept has better tabs on shipments re customs. There is also a research dept 877-297-6031 that i had used to figured where/why my second box was sitting and not moving/delivery after clearing customs. hope the above helps, use beer and speaker phone as needed.

We had similar issues with DHL for our combined shipping to CA, we had total of 6 packages for the 12 wheels and 3 of them came about a week late. We had also called the import customer dept and was put on hold for two hours. Also even if we got someone answered, half of the time they had no clue where the packages were...I heard DHL outside of US is actually better but not sure if it's true. Anyhow, hope all your wheels will arrive safely and looking forward to all the pics! I will try to put mine on this weekend.....

Did Christine ask you to provide your tax id number (or SSN) for customs? If so what did you do? I don’t want to email it.
They send you a Form for customs and you fill it out with either Tax ID or SS Number. You also fill out the DOT form then. Send it to DHL and it gets cleared. Getting someone on DHL on the line is impossible. I was on Hold for 1 hour to finally get someone on. Luckily I was able to do Work and other things while on hold at my Shop.

Give it a little time...once they are on the car, you’ll forget about all the bull $hit.

BTDT...to a degree hence forth not known.

Don’t sweat/regret a second of it

Finally got my Tramonts mounted today! Took the car out for a little drive and no rubbing...what a relief. Especially the rear brake clearances are really tight...

Looks great Andy. Brakes do look close. Glad you didn't have any issues. Got mine back from the wheel shop today and mounted.

Looks good Andy. Thanks again for organizing and helping many of us get off the fence on these. I’ll be interested to see how the Mich PS2’s look in compared to the Sumis you mounted. I think your height is a little lower than my car.

Thanks guys! The GB was definitely lot more work than I anticipated...and then with all the hiccups from DHL....
However, glad it worked out for everyone, and I got my discounts too! I was kind of worried about the offsets and brake clearances, but great that they all turned out fine at the end...now I think I have reached the bottom of my slippery slope....

beautiful photo...that's the look I wanted. Thank you for your posts in your older thread about the wheels they were very helpful.

Also got the email with tracking info mine shipped out yesterday currently in Germany and scheduled for Monday delivery...will DHL contact me about customs and DOT forms or do I have out reach out to them?
