I'm with ya! this is the best type of corporate gig. sit back, collect a paycheck/benefits and enjoy your hobbies. too many folks make their corporate job their life and ruin it for everyone else just looking to pass go and enjoy the better things in life.

thats awesome to hear, more folks need to learn to save more and put off the instant gratification. I think most Americans have $0 in savings which is highly concerning not just for them but the economy as a whole...

aerospace & defense needs to increase pay and change culture cause the average worker is a baby boomer and the youngins are not flocking to the old guard for work. I left the industry early on in my career for this exact reason so we'll see if anything changes or if "AI" will just take those jobs

I'm a Supply Chain/Logistics PM in the Nuclear Industry here in Canada.
I've only worked on mega projects worldwide and my career really took off in Dubai (moved from Canada) when I was a logistics manager on the Palm Jumeirah, ran the World Islands project and managed both inland and offshore marine logistics for the Abu Dhabi Gov'ts investment development company. Moved back to Canada and began my Nuclear career when we needed to come up with innovative solutions for refurbishing nuclear reactors. Now leading the first Small Modular Reactor logistics program.
I like this thread...its interesting to see everyone's background.
