Retired electric utility engineer who saved a lot while working.

Annual income from pension and IRA required minimum distributions way higher than my salary ever was.

Me personally, it's taking what I've earned in the corporate world and investing in the stock market for more outsized gains over the years.

I'm a Supply Chain/Logistics PM in the Nuclear Industry here in Canada.

I've only worked on mega projects worldwide and my career really took off in Dubai (moved from Canada) when I was a logistics manager on the Palm Jumeirah, ran the World Islands project and managed both inland and offshore marine logistics for the Abu Dhabi Gov'ts investment development company. Moved back to Canada and began my Nuclear career when we needed to come up with innovative solutions for refurbishing nuclear reactors. Now leading the first Small Modular Reactor logistics program.

I like this thread...its interesting to see everyone's background.
