Warranty up before the 4 year mark

Hey everyone
I took my car in Friday to have the engine checked because it wasn't driving the same. My service advisor mentioned my warranty was up Feb 2024.
I purchased this 992 back in Nov 2020 as a executive demo ( was listed under new cars) from a Porsche dealership. I was under the impression the warranty on a new car starts the day which you drive it off the lot. I contacted the dealership which I purchased the car from and they're telling me otherwise. They said once someone in the dealership drove it back in Feb 2020, the warranty on the car started.
Has anyone else had this issue?
