depends on the dealer and region.

In NorCal it’s mixed; some are ADM with short waitlists, some are no ADM with long waitlists. There is no panacea.

You will hear two things here on RL.

There are markups everywhere and on every iteration of the 911.

And ...

Everyone can get a 911 -- of any trim level -- for MSRP; you just have to look hard enough.

Like most things in life, the reality is somewhere in the middle.

Just be happy you already have a 992 911 ...

That timepiece IS ADM.

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of data points for Porsche. Hopefully I can get more Porsche data points on the site
Porsche Marin only sells locally. The will not sell a car at MSRP to out-of-area customers (...unless something changed in the last month, which I doubt).

The norm for a targa gts markup would be $30000- $45000 so to get it at $20000 it would be a steal. Just take it and run!!!!

Here is the lowest 2022 GT3 I found. Is there something wrong with it ?

I thought you would like this Used 2022 Porsche 911 GT3 for $179950 on Autotrader http://atcm.co/S2PVDP/29D3C1B0.

A number of dealers in the Bay Area have had their wrists "slapped" for selling GT cars to out-of-area customers.
I suspect this might be new "policy" out of PCNA.

Do you mind if I ask what is the purpose of getting a new 911 every year? Is there some economical reason for that? Sorry if this sounds dumb.

I've bought 3 cars the past 3 years with a c2s on order. None with markup. Just have some self control or patience?
