I found a 22 GTS selling at MSRP plus timepiece in SoCal which I bought a few months ago in December. Dealer mentioned that they don't do ADM surprisingly. This is after dozens of inquires to dealers from San Diego to San Francisco.
where can I find such dealership? in socal as well...
My MSRP deal is through Porsche Vegas. Not too far from socal….
Porsche Vegas also treated me perfect. Took delivery of a 2022 C4 in January 2022 at MSRP. No drama or funny business. I would recommend dealing with Jim Sohn as a SA. PM me for more info. Note: Nothing in it for me just trying to help out.

Interesting. I spoke to Gaudin Porsche last month or so about a GTS coupe and they were asking for $20k over. A friend just tried to pick up a Cayenne GTS Coupe a few weeks back and they wanted adm for it as well, so surprising to hear you’re getting an msrp deal.

Well, it does come with a bit of a story. Ordered demand was entered in Oct 22. I was told from day 1 it would be MSRP. Come January I get an allocation and SA told me the sales manager said it came with 20K ADM. I said that's BS and no thanks. He called be back the next day and said they would honor it at MSRP.
I just bought my Targa GTS here in SoCal for $12.5k over MSRP, and felt like it was a pretty fair price. Several dealers in the area are asking for $30k ADM on these. I have a relationship with the dealer and have bought 2 cars there in the past, at well below MSRP. I sold my previous car on BaT, so no trade-in.
there's a handful of dealerships out there reported as non markup. maybe this will help some here? if anyone wants me to run a report in a certain state just let me know.
Where is a no ADM dealer in SoCal??? I have not found it yet. ADM on a T was 20k until I bought a Macan T for the wife, and they agreed on 10k. Riverside Porsche

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of data points for Porsche. Hopefully I can get more Porsche data points on the site
The current proper markup is zero dollars, Porsche dealers have turned into nothing but really fancy used car dealers who just don’t live in trailer parks when they leave the Dealer floor after work.
