Next round of allocations? Jan/Feb
Has anyone heard from their dealership about the next round of allocations? I was thinking it should be around end of January or beginning of February.

As I have said before, I believe allocations are provided to dealers in early February, early May, early August, and early November. I also believe that there are extra allocations given to dealers outside of these time frames from time to time. My belief is based only on statements made to me by my dealer and posts on this forum. So, I have no real authority for my belief. When I placed my demand order for a Targa 4S on November 6, 2021, my dealer told me that they just received their allocations a few days prior to that date. Alas, I am still waiting and it has now been nearly 15 months ago. I really hope someone will chime in and provide more information on allocations (and I know there are a ton of threads on this topic).

Its a quarterly release... Last round was November, I guess Feb is the likely next release. As @Taxjoc said, for special models they will sprinkle them out randomly. GT3 and GT4 allocations are so rare that they just come when they come. As for the 992 T, a bunch of us were given our allocation on Christmas Eve since its going to be a shorter production run most likely, I don't think that one followed the standard quarterly release. Feb is probably the next round, but stay on top of the dealer for news and ask about different models and their wait times... some will surprise you being longer than others

The allocation slot was for an April build and June/July delivery. However, when my SA put in the order it bumped up to a lock date of 3/9 and delivery of 5/26. We assume my car could have been pushed ahead of a build with PCCB or LWCB, which mine does not have.

Allocations come out for this year in March (Maybe late Feb), May and July for 2023 Allocations
Can get cars sprinkled in as the year goes on. Good performance, trades, etc....
For GT cars, dealers pretty much all know and have a schedule of when and if/when they will get their GT3, RS or GT4/4 RS.

I spoke with the dealer that I bought my car from last weekend. They only received one sports car allocation for the next period. Talk about slim pickings.
