I'm still looking for a MY 2024 Turbo S allocation with no ADM.
Not PTS, but my build MSRP is in the upper $250s.
Are there areas of the USA where slots are available without ADM yet?

As you probably already know there is nothing available here in Florida in any form of 911 without ADM, everything here seems pre-sold. Economy rolling right along here......

I drove 4 banger Porsches for my first 30 years, because I couldn't afford a 6 AND save for retirement.
i made most of the money as an engineer, but not a lot of money. My wife and i both maxed out our retirement account options every working year.
I learned to manage our investments.
Today we have a lot more income than when we were working, and about 40% of our IRA rollover accounts are Roth, thanks to a couple nice conversions during severe bear markets.
To say we are not hurting financially would be an understatement.
Bring on that 2024 911 Turbo S allocation without ADM, and I'm ready for it!!9

You are correct.

There are fewer cars coming off lease (due to a lack of cars being leased during Covid) and it lead to a surprising/whopping 4.1% increase the first half of February.
Knowledge is power.

Cool story.
You're not paying attention.

Default ADM waived

Data point: my SA waived the $15,000 ADM on a new custom build Targa 4 GTS as long as I do European delivery to which I happily said yes
So I get the exact car I want; no ADM, a memorable trip, a purchase from my local dealer to further cement that relationship and the car delivered to my local dealer (I was searching nationwide).
I will know shortly if the ED puts me ahead of the other 2 waiting on the list; it will if they did not opt for ED. For reference the C2S list is 21 and didn't move at all when I was on it for 6 months.
Fall ETA and I am excited!

This is not true at all, I was able to find several dealers without ADM. Turbo might be different story, but Carrera's are not hard to find without ADM in FL.

I was told by a Porsche source that some dealers are buying back ordered new cars, paying a profit to the customer, and jacking up the prices for a nice profit. Hymm?

ADM or not, it will be very difficult to find a single dealer with an actual available C2 Carrera allocation let alone "several" dealers with them. In other words, a dealer that will put you on a waitlist at MSRP that has no allocations is not the same as finding a dealer without ADM. Any smart dealer manager will instruct the SA's to gladly accept MSRP requests for the internal waitlist that will continue to grow and not be touched or used until possibly some day in the future if /when ADM has vanished from the equation. In the meantime the "other" waitlist with customers willing to pay some form of ADM etc. will continue with those clients receiving the official V70 demand orders and V200 allocations. Whether we as consumers like it or not, it is just simple math.

Porsche Clearwater offered get me C2 allocation in June with no ADM. Naples claimed no ADM on any models. South Orlando no ADM if you go on waitlist. Ft. Myers required $2500 protection package. Tampa no ADM but wanted you to do Porsche Financing and PPF/ceramic.

I just cleared my first new 911 purchase without paying ADM or getting beaten up on trade. The dealer was fantastic and all promises made were promises kept.

Feb '22 - Bought *new* 2020 C2S w/ 10,500mi - $130k. Bought the car with a verbal promise of a '23 GTS build slot
May '22 - Submit '23 GTS build code
October '22 - Car is in production
December '22 - Dealer confirms car will be sold at sticker. I immediately think I'm going to get bent over on trade. (expecting an offer in the $90k's)
Jan '23 - Lock in PECATL atlanta.. Still not sure on what 'deal' I was going to get.
Feb '23 - Dealer bought the car back yesterday for $118k ($127k effective price thanks to tax credit on trade)

Picking up the car next Thursday at PECATL and driving home. I am beyond excited to take delivery.

Ft Myers is at no ADM, nothing extra or required, at least for me. Now, before people go off the deep end, I just bought a C2 poverty spec last January, 2022, so have a history there. Naples is no ADM as well, and I haven't really shopped outside those two, because I don't want to. I am looking and talking about another C2 or a C2S in coupe, not cabriolet like we have, just for reference. In Jan 2022 when we picked ours up, we did not pay an ADM nor forced in to anything else. There is a short wait list (3-8 month estimate) for both models at Ft Myers.

@shrimp money there are two examples, if you're shopping. And of course will pay cash, then brag about it.
