I heard from dealer that 992.2 is going to be out as MY25, not MY24. Has anyone heard this too?

I have not heard that; but the fact that mules were first spotted almost a year ago points to a MY 2024 release. Dealers usually don’t know much more than you or I, and just make things up.

Agreed that it should be taken with a grain of salt. With that said, wanted to pass along and if many of us hear the same thing, it may indicate that it is true.

I wouldn't encourage anyone to make a purchase decision based on this though.

LOL - My bad I meant to say the big central dial in the Taycan with the speed number in the middle (vs the analog tach in the 992.1 with speed number in the middle).
I think the 992.2 dash looks like the not-so-great merger of both worlds and not for me...

It is quite likely. Cayenne facelifted has been delayed for 1 year. There is still 992 ST to debut.

Delivery of 992.2 is likely to be 3rd quarter of 2024.

I am saying the new gas 992 will be the car that most guys will want to own over the next 10 years.

The Porsche brand of great cars plus the ability to drive 436 miles on a tank of gas will rule the world. Plus, the Porsche EV cars look like a POS on drugs.

A few more spy photos of a 992.2 prototype without a yellow hybrid sticker....seems like the entire .2 line-up will not be hybridized after all
