Also, I think those test drivers testing north of the arctic circle did me good and the car can probably handle the Berkshires.

Dolomite Silver hides the dirt well, but I did put 20K miles on it in the first year. My wife and I drove it to California and back last fall and put 11k miles on it in just over 8 weeks. I would recommend trying that, it was very fun.

Hard to tell, but the car was filthy at this point. Spent 2 weeks in Carmel visiting family. Got a few mornings of driving down to Big Sur and back.

The only thing wrong with that car is the license plate.

It's been great in the snow (with the right tires). The first storm last year we got 6" before I could get the snow tires on, it was a victory just to get it moved for the plow guy.

Haha, yep. Nothing says Quality Gentleman like a 911 with NY plates. Excelsior!

Here’s my teaser since the car is currently pretty clean. Wheels never cleaned since March delivery:

Look at the light sidewall scuffing. Had it on a gravel road!

I got Pirelli Sottozeros last year. I was nervous about supply scarcity so I just ordered the ones I could get from Tire Rack in the late summer. They were good in the snow & rain and seem like they'll have enough life left in them for another go around this year. What's your preferred snow tire?

I'll be unloading the Michelin Alpin 5, just don't cut it compared to the Nokian Hakka 10 studded on the Macan or Hakkas on my Touareg. Same roads, same time, just not the grip. But unfair comparison as ones are studded the others are not.

@icanthelpit sorry but that doesn't even come close to qualifying. You'll need to do a wee bit better to join this elite club. You can do this...

Daily driving can sure make those wheels nasty up close but sure looks just fine from 10 feet.
