Installed a set of Bilstein Evo coilovers this weekend. Actual work time to complete was about 6 hours. I wasted time picking up a few tools in between and getting locked out of the frunk for a while so took me several hours more. If I had to do it again it would take about 4. I do still need an alignment.
drop is ~ 3/4” all the way around. I still need to order spacers, debating between 15/15 or 18/14.
Driving impressions. Make no mistake it’s firmer than OEM, I was expecting that. Running 35F/38R PSI. On most good roads and highways there is little difference to OEM ride quality ~75% of the time. On those bad freeways those bumps that you felt hard in stock form feel harder and sharper but not in a bouncy uncontrolled way.
Corner handling is flatter with better feel of the road.
With the stock suspension and stage 2 ME tune, the car would squat and front would rise on rolling hard 2nd gear pull. Doesn’t have that sensation anymore, feels flatter.
Overall happy with the setup. Will post more pics after the spacers and alignment , but here are a few now.
Welcome to the Bilstein EVO SE club.
The car looks great.
This is my 992 GTS with FAL and RAS. I’m very satisfied with the ride quality.
Do you have some more pictures of your car taken at more ground level? I also have a 992 GTS with FAL, and trying to figure out if the fixed front ride height is going to look too low or not.

Yes - fully compatible, but with FAL, fronts are non-adjustable. However, I found the fixed height to be about right . . . really close to perfect stance on my TTS.

It looks great. Looking forward to your measurements when you return home 👌
