Looking for anyone's additional longer tested feedback on their Bilstein Evo SE since they have had them on the car. I want to lower but this would be the only option I would consider.

Just looking for feedback for those who have installed since dropping $4200k isnt something I want to waste my money on if its not worth what the reviews say.

Thanks in advance

I have put over 1500 miles on mine now. I have to say they had a little bit of a break in period but after 400 or 500 miles they started really feeling just right. Coming from PASM it felt noticeably stiffer but compliant and not bouncy. Now the ride feels a bit smoother but still firm and sporty. I am very happy with mine and would do it again.

If you have any specific questions I would be happy to answer them for you. I have had them on my car for almost 2 years. My car has a FAL and the drop with this suspension is perfect in my eyes. I also have larger tires than stock (265/35-20 and 325/30-20) and I added spacers to improve my stance. The wheel fitment is super aggressive, yet it never once has rubbed under any situation.
As for the ride quality, it is far more compliant for comfort when compared to the Coil-over sleeve kit. I have had 3 customers remove the sleeve coil-over kits and replace it with the Bilstein because the ride is so much better. I would consider the Bilsteins as a first in class set up if you are looking for an improvement in the handling, ride and appearance of a street car.

If I wanted to get a suspension to improve my cars lap times and cross the line into racecar territory then I would look into other options. All the other options would seriously diminish all the things I like about driving my car, so going that route is not an option for me.

We have had many 992's through the shop and we have installed almost every part available for these cars at some point. Come by the shop at any time and you will see at least 2 or 3 992's getting modified. We know what works, we have lots of customer feedback and we also know how to deliver what our customers want.
If you have any questions feel free to get in touch and if you need any type of suspension for your car I would be happy to help you out with that as well.

how much lower from the PASM did you go.

i have SPASM so I’m only wanting maybe another 10-15mm from the SPASM height

I’ve done just Springs before and hated life after.

I did 20mm lower than PASM. Still can get around everywhere without scraping on anything and the wheel gap is good now.

Highly recommend @Staff@WORLD they just did my 2020 C2S and have zero complaints. Installation was fast and perfect. Zero issues, Craig knows his ****. They did a complete Stage 4 build and couldn't be happier with the results, feels like a new car.

Installed! Ride quality is incredible, near OEM if not identical. It needs to come up a bit from the height pictured as my driveway doesn’t want to be a good partner in this relationship, but none the less, it’s money and time well spent.

Much much better. I am loving my Bilsteins more and more each day. They do break in and feel sublime.

Will say initial ride is noticeably firmer than stock spasm.

not as firm as the firm setting on the spasm.

gona let the car settle for a week of so, get an alignment and put few hundred miles on it to see how it settles in.

Question:
Do the EVO coilovers work with FAL and RAS? I seen FAL referenced above but does anyone have these installed with FAL and Rear Axle Steering?

KW Has kit is taking a bit to long.

Bilstein makes versions for FAL and no FAL and Turbo vs Carrera. RAS doesn’t matter. The FAL version has one set height and only rear height can be adjusted the non-FAL version is fully height adjustable F and R. The non-FAL version also comes w/ front helper springs which can occasionally clunk under certain situations and that has been a deal breaker for a few people. The FAL version does not have front helper springs and doesn’t have the same complaints.

Didn't realize the FAL version has one front height. How low is it?
