Default 2020 Carrera 4s price

I’m looking at a 2020 Carrera 4s with 8k miles. Sticker was $132, NJ Porsche dealer is asking $145. I know the market is strong, but is this for real?

In March 2020 I was the first Covid critical care patient in the mid-Atlantic. Six weeks out of the ICU from that, I found out I also had cancer. I spent most of 2020 fighting for my life, and I had to shutter my business. In 2021 I recovered, I reopened, and my business went ballistic. As context for those above who said I'm late to this party - that's why. To say I am living for the moment and swinging for the fences now would be an understatement. This car is just one small payback to myself for what I went through. Greatly appreciate all the great advice and camaraderie here to get me started. Farv

Even a cursory browse of the forum will answer your question.

I heard if you keep waiting, prices will normalize by summer when EVERYONE wants to be in 911.

yes In the ball park, 2021 are going for 20-25 K above MSRP . My dealer is willing to pay me MSRP for my 2021 C4S and may be a little more
so 2020 around 10 K above

I just traded in my problematic 2021 Taycan 4s for a certified and well optioned 2020 992 4s. the original sticker was $157k, it had 5400 miles and was certified by Porsche so warranty until late 2027. I paid $164k with the Porsche Certified warranty. I loved the Taycan, but could not deal with the glitches my Taycan had. so back to a 911, which will be my 6th 911 and 9th Porsche.

Well, it’s Night Blue Metallic which is now a $12k PTS color if that helps.
If it’s CPO, that adds some value as well. If it isn’t CPO, I would want to know why not.

Default Thanks guys

This is exactly the intel I needed. I’m not complaining about the price since the one I wanted is now under 10,000’ of seawater. I know the markets hot, I was just trying to dial in whether $13 over is about right for this specific car. Sounds like it is. More thoughts welcome.

OH it be for real...across the board...1000, 5000, 10,000 miles, no matter!! Asking well over sticker for the vaunted 992.

Default 2020 Carrera 4s price, going, gone

All,
Thanks for the insights and advice. I locked the car up today, picking up next Tuesday for a drive back home to VA. I’ve got a bunch of questions for the dealer when I pick it up, but if there’s any critical ones on a 2020 4s, I’m all ears. Best, Farv

OP- It is for real and 8000 miles is nothing. Buy and do not look back if you really like the build and you want.
