Locked my 4gts build last Wednesday and then changed it two more times before Friday. I’m not usually indecisive but the seats and trans were difficult decisions. My build code is PNC3WQQ1.
I paid $15k adm which I consider marginally ok. My intuition tells me there will be better deals down the road relative to list. However, I’m getting one of the last 2022’s and a 23’ would be $5940 more for the same spec.
This will be my first Porsche ordered so very excited. Delivery in October at this point. Disappointed to not get the aero kit but can do aftermarket if the desire is still burning later on.
Will track the car occasionally as I have my 981 cayman so will be fun to see/ feel the differences😀 I’m sort of sad to sell my cayman and have thought about keeping it, however I know it’s not a “collector” car. My wife wasn’t impressed when I floated that idea!

Very nice and your build is very close to mine. I ordered a C4 with PSE and the chalk interior.

 

I'm thinking July 21 or later based on what my local dealer mentioned last we spoke.

It's interesting to ponder this, because the deadline is closing and new allocations are due soon (right?).
So, is this a dealer who has a couple of slots that they cannot sell?

If so, it seems MSRP might be a high play. Who knows.

 

my 2022 allocation was supposed to build this week and deliver estimated 8/26 from TYD, it just got pushed back a month.

I has a similar thought. Two buyers must have backed out. Or cynically they demanded ADM at the last minute and no one on the list wants to pay it so they are scrambling.

 

Porsche of Barrington(Chicago burb) has an allocation for a GTS Cabriolet. $20k adm. locks tomorrow I believe. Probably negotiable given the time constraints.
