Not finding the 992s exciting. Am I the only one?

Unless tracking (which is only a few times a per year), I get my kicks from droning. Lot cheaper, can’t kill yourself, yet, it’s very easy to get a major rush every time you fly...especially if flying in and out of trees, and other obstacles. Push the throttle forward, and some drones can now top 100mph. At the very least, it improves on your reaction time. When you crash, and you will crash, at most you’re out is some pocket change.

I live here and can certainly understand why so many people are moving here from CA, the rust belt, and authoritarian NE blue states. The lockdowns that we really didn't have here were the straw that broke the camels back for many in those areas not just the rotten weather.

Retirees move to Florida to get warm.... ya know, old people get a chill real easy. 50 degrees is “chilly” for old people. Some people move because of the lower taxes (that’s why your public schools are some of the worst in the Country). Some move to Florida for the beaches (personally, I’ll take the Ca beaches and weather any day of the week).... Some move to Florida for the cheap (swampy) real estate ( I would say that is a major reason, like Texas).
Everybody has a different/primary reason.
To suggest that significant numbers of people are NOW moving to Florida because of the “lockdown” is totally BS. Keyt words here, “significant numbers”
Enjoy the old people. Heat, humidity, hurricanes and tornados. Oh, and my favorite - expansive stretches of trailer parks.

The largest age group in Florida, as of the last census, is 65 and older. The next largest age group is 45-64. Those 45-100+ years old, represent more than HALF the people living in Florida. “I smell old people” when I go to Florida.
As baby boomers retire, they often seek out warmer climates, in states with lower or no state taxes, and cheaper cost of living (ie housing costs). All that makes Florida a destination for many retirees in the East Coast. Nothing new here.

The fact of the matter is - If you’re poor, or living on a fixed income (ie retiree), you say to “stay in NY”? What? Makes zero sense. it’s hard to live in NY, or Ca, or NJ, etc because of both the high cost of living and higher state taxes. Move to Florida where there is no state income tax and there’s an abundance of double wides. LOL, only Texas, another state that has an influx of refugees, has more trailer parks:
