I did the same thing. Was SB for most of the ordering period then switched to GR right before locking it in. So happy I did!

Isn't Surrey home to McLaren? Spec it yellow and show those Maccers drivers what a reliable sportscar looks like

I have a black Labrador Retriever, a black tux and couple pair of black shoes. Oh, back in the day I had a black Maxima (traded my RX7 GSL-SE for it when we started our family and needed a back seat). As I washed it every weekend I could see it getting dirty just sitting there. But - there’s nothing prettier than a black car properly taken care of - but to keep it clean you have to park it in a Class 10 Cleanroom.

It is, just round the corner. They test them nearby, beautiful cars. I'm just a sucka for a 911.

So the black car history - Black TT, black mini JCW, Black 991.2 4S, Black M4 comp x drive now and black 992T coming. With a few greys between. Oh and black SUVs of course.

Hilarious. My first car was a 100k mile MT VW Scirroco Mars Red with Zender body kit, straight piped & BBS rims. Then MT Black 300zx twin turbo stage 3 400hp with MOMO 2 piece rims. Then MT Black Supra MK4 modded 450hp then went to grad school meaning live with used Black plain BMW 335 automatic pretty slow. Then Black Range Rover. Then Black Benz SUV. Currently automatic Black E63 AMG. Presently salivating like Pavlov’s dog awaiting Black MT T!

There's a big Porsche meet up at the Cotswold Barns on Sat 15th July. 15 RS models (incl a 992) and 30+ other already signed up. Pivot looks like you may already be on the list? Be great to get 4 T's there. Meeting is listed on Pistonheads. Assuming we have our cars by then...

My 991 was my first non-black car (white), and I loved it… but kept wondering the “what if” it was black.

Finally received photos of my 911 T from the factory and it actually has the gloss black aero kit installed. I thought it might get canceled.
