It's ok man. I kind of expected it once I came to this site.... seems certain car brand owners are overall defensive..... I REALLY hate saying that as I don't like to generalize or stereotype but Mustang and Porsche owners seem to just think the car is the best for everything without knowing or having any experience with others.... anyway, I probably shouldn't even have said that.
I don't run into that type of defensiveness and thinking on Ferrarichat... most of us over there are usually bashing Ferrari or complaining hahah... and my AMG GTc and the F8 are trackable for sure but just not the 911.
and lastly, you don't have to drive a car on the track to know if it's track worthy. You can certainly feel this on the street before you ever bring it to the track.... and I'll say it again, the T just doesn't have the power, torque, acceleration, handling, steering or braking to really do anything on a track so that's why I was surprised that some people were talking about tracking it.
and I'll say THIS again too..... I really like mine after a couple weeks of daily driving. It's a perfect car to daily drive without being bored to death like a regular car. It's got some decent sound, some reasonable pick up, some comfort/luxury and some looks.... and INCREDIBLE build quality that I never knew..... SO I'm happy with it. I'm just not under any delusion that it's fast or can carve corners at speed etc.... It's perfect for what it is, although I was surprised that it's twice as much money as I thought they were.... Oh well, I still like it.

You can have all the horsepower in the world, unless you can apply it effectively and skillfully to the road it means absolutely nothing.
in essence a 700 hp car is worthless unless you can fully utilize the horse power, outside of going in a straight line.

"...I walked up and the gun was already loaded, pointed directly at his foot. I grabbed it, took the bullet out and thought I had talked him out of it. He insisted on having it back, loaded the bullet and proceeded to shoot his own foot." I tried. You're on your own, homie.

@Pivot Very good solution, but 18 ways lumber support certainly helps to over come some of this issue.

Devon Racer and Green_Tea had an enjoyable meet up yesterday to use our T's as intended on some of the less congested Devon Roads away from tourist routes. They are the perfect package for a back road blast,, seriously you don't need more for such involving fun.

Took my car for my complementary first service today, everything seems to be fine with the car mechanically and electrically. They did the window test for the recall as well, no issues according to them so has been marked as resolved.
Until today I was using the car almost exclusively for early morning weekend back road drives when the roads are empty. Today was my first time really using it to "commute" to the dealer and home during rush hour. The manual was much better than I expected in traffic, not that I was enjoying the 0-30-0 runs but I never got frustrated as I expected to.

@Risley The colour of my car is Ice Grey Metallic (IGM) which is an extra cost colour, but not PTS like my friends Green Tea!

Today is the first anniversary of my joining Rennlist.com. Thought I would post this picture of the LMGT3 class winner at last weekends amazing Le Mans race even though the overall win eluded them. Though with many joint owners of Porsche and Ferrari's on this thread I guess split loyalties!
Happy Days,

grey (in the company of 993 cousins)
light blue (Gulf Blue wanna-bee after a bath)
white (goes well with the titanium grey S wheels, dusted with a med. coating of brake dust ... white body + bronze shoes)

With all due respect, you don't know what the f*** you're talking about. Not specifically about the T but about what driving on track is all about. It has zero to do with power or the car for that matter and everything to do with the driver. You are a prime example of the kind of hard headed dude with more power than skill level or willingness to learn that makes track instructors like me shudder. I will end my responses to your nonsensical posts now.
