I am almost certain they are height adjustable. I had them on a 718 Cayman. Maybe they changed the manner in which to adjust from manual to electric for the 992 generation. Also, I am trying to find the weight difference between the 4 ways and the LWBS. I know it’s been talked about but can’t find the thread.

I wonder when manually adjusting things become such a pain for people? My Taycan has 18 way ssports seats and an electric opening boot/trunk. It’s totally unnecessary. In fact the boot it’s worse than manual as if it detects anything in the boot it won’t close. I notice in the 992.2 spy shots they’re getting rid of the analogue dash for the Taycan one. What a shame.

Give me well made, manually operated stuff any day against this world of touch screen crap.

Surely that’s T.

Going to the Configurator is your friend . . . . .

I love the manual Recaros on my GT350. Great seat. Fully manual.

The lightweight/insulated glass on the S has a filament buried in the rear glass piece to defrost the window, I wonder if the T's does as well. I've checked a few places and can't find definitive answer. Anyone know?

You'll want to be sure of that... It was one of the things that threw us off for a while, as the 991 T had Sport Chrono (minus the clock unless you optioned it) standard as well. The static mounts are one of the Secret Sauce additives that they did on our car...

Technically yes but 4 way electric, 2 way manual. Re-read my earlier post: The description says "electric adjustment of . . . ." while the manual adjustment is "fore and aft."

And that is the point of the question. The 991.2T was standard with Sport Chrono, but with static engine mounts.

Interesting. I sorta remember this from when I was researching that model to buy.

The US 992 T configurator doesn't specifically say PADM like the S configurator when you click the info button on the transmission selection but Sport Chrono package is listed as a standard feature in technical specs.

I guess we'll have to wait and see until someone puts these on a lift. I've heard of issues developing with the dynamic mounts so if they're missing, nice.

My thinking is the SportChrono package on the S has active mounts, why wouldn't the T? I sent a message to Porsche asking for clarification.

And welcome to the T Army... They are different for a reason. Enjoy!

As was the case on the previous generation..but not the T. I'm certainly not saying I know better...I just know not to assume. As mentioned, it was heavily debated the last time around that Sport Chrono must mean it so, and those who had their cars were not believed when they or their mechanic found the cars didn't have it.
