I have to imagine that cars will leave port based on closest to farthest vicinity dealers. Davisville will get cars to RI, then MA, then NH first, then CT, NY, NJ, PA, DC, etc....

I also have a car at Benecia since late October. Dealer destination only a few miles away. Haven’t heard anything, sales guy will contact tomorrow. That’s it.

I believe the relevant date to Porsche is the date the car was originally promised, not the date it arrived at port.

If you watch the video on TYD it says Porsche unloads at 4 ports in the US,My ship offloaded in Baltimore which is not shown as a point of entry.

Probably depends on who actually organizes the transport, is it Porsche or the Dealer? I am not sure. I do know my dealer has many models stuck at the Benicia port, so most likely a number of trucks needed to clear the backlog just for them. Patience is still needed....

They added Baltimore relatively recently. New processing facility.

I am told that my dealer got Turbos today and tomorrow they'll get two more trucks with my car supposedly in them.

Transport is arranged by the port processing facility. As soon as your car is on a truck the port processing facility will notify your dealership via email.
