G Poseidon Crew for everyones information. Our ship traveled 271 miles in a 24 hour period from 5:14 PM last night til 5:15 PM tonight. If my figures are correct and it does not slow down or run into weather. It could reach Santa Marta, Columbia around 08/23 the original scheduled date. These numbers are not really very accurate, but gives me something to do...

Good Morning G. Poseidon Crew...Our ship is chugging along at 15.6 knots...it has travelled 388 miles since 08/17 5:15 PM till this morning 08/19 9:35 AM...Probably does not really need to rush as from my understanding talking to our SM, 2021 EPA Certification will not be approved until 09/09 which I read on Track the Mediterranean Hwy thread. Oh well, back to figuring out a personalized plate. One of our thoughts... 7MAGMA7...??? Everyone have a GREAT day...

For once this might be a bright side to my eternally delayed 2020!

The pros and cons of being the first of the model year. We get the new model but have to wait in port for it to clear EPA.

Do you think your car will be able to break out and make a run for it (like his owner did ;-) from the EPA?? Or will he be held hostage with the 2021s awaiting approval ?

I looked at the port on Google Maps, and the car area is HUGE. I think it's something like 400-500 acres (thousands and thousands of cars). That said, it'd be awesome to try to find out when the ship comes in, even if we can't see our cars.

Being in Recon in Vietnam, I have been using my skills to figure out the best advantage point to watch the ship come in. Reservations at the Bayfront Hilton with a corner suite. We can see in all directions and the ship comes right past this hotel. Now all it has to do is show up while we are there or as the dates are confirmed we can change our reservations...

I used to sail out of that harbor. You could rent a boat and get up close and personal...

You know I wouldn’t be shocked if it gets held up blending-in as a MY21

Ive stayed at that hotel. Also the Andaz downtown. Looking forward to getting back down there next year to catch a game. There’s an Irish pub near Petco park that was amazing! Hopefully next year things get better for travel

Originally we were staying at the Del, but for half the price we get a better view and room. San Diego, one of our favorites...plus Old Town as long as the vagrants haven't taken over.

Anyone tracking this vessel? Is it close to Columbia, still on track for San Diego 9/1 ?
My 2020 Spyder is sitting somewhere inside.

My TYD looks like it just added 4 days on to the arrival date in Benicia, now 9/8, although the unloading and delivery dates haven't been updated.
