High option cars $225K ballpark.
and they will price themselves right out of the market except for the diehard P fanboys. Too many great cars coming out at way less money like the C8 without all the games.

If Porsche makes a GT3 with rear seats and a ducktail, I'll consider buying one, if not, I'll keep my 991.2's.

The 991.2 (winged or Touring) is the one to have in my totally biased opinion. Classic, clean lines, a nice balance of digital and analogue in the interior, and more than enough engine (for me). But I am one to hold on to cars, as in, my GT3 buying days are over. My loaded, $200,000 PTS GT3 Touring build will look like a relative "bargain" in a few years.

I don't know, I'm seeing more of a 991.3 here.

Essentially same engine as the 991.2 but with ITBs. Sure you have some chassis upgrades, but nothing else really stands out. And the things that do stand out (interior, rear-end) aren't really compelling.

I'm sure it'll be a great car, but probably not enough to make me move from the 991.2. Personally I'll probably hold out for the 992.2, or just keep my 991.2 forever and move on to something completely different.

To me the rear valence and basic structure of the rear end is the same, right down to the rear panel corner exit vents and center rear vent for engine heat (which I love btw).

I'm sure they won't put a Burmester option in it? Or will they??
Carbon roof?

Because if this thing is 22 lbs lighter and +10 hp over the 991.2 GT3, I'm not going there, not worth it.

Hell I might consider a TTS.

no burmester. 20lbs lighter and 20 more hp is the best we can hope for. Definitely won’t be worth upgrading from a 991.2 GT3.

Plus it will probably be $15K - $20K more and an MSRP in the $160K's, is this right?

yes. 15 lbs lighter, 20 more hp, MSRP 160-165K for 992.1 GT3.

Another rendering with a swan neck wing that better captures what we've seen on test mules.

That looks much cleaner than the previous rendering. Partially because of the color. The mules all seem to have a diffuser with fins, which adds to the busy-ness.
