Keep it. Not only are RS5s not worth much at the moment it's going to go down as one of the best looking coupes ever. Not to mention it has one of the best V8s ever made. It's a shame to see how lame new Audi's are by comparison...

I've had two RS5s BTW...shoulda kept the last one...

Just sold my 2005 911S cab. Will likely trade my 2018 RS3 when my 992 4S cab arrives sometime between late Feb and April. I am merging the two cars into one to drive all year.

Depends if you want another car for the winter. I just sold my old 2005 911S cab and will sell or trade my 2018 RS3 when my 992 4S cab comes sometime between late Feb or April. I found I was using just one car most of the time, depending on the season.

Default audi love

I loved my Audi S6 - it was so handsome , very understated. And what a beast ! Handling and steering were so so - but it’s a fairly large sedan after all. But once I got into my 911, I no longer drove the audi. The RS6 wagon is a car I’m trying to get my wife to buy. That’s just not going to happen !

Turbo S on the right

Replacing my black 991.1 Turbo S - (wish the GT3 on the left was mine). Went for a C2S in GT Silver - so a step down in power and no AWD. http://www.porsche-code.com/PL2KPQW9

I'm looking forward to more comfort an better looks IMHO

I did mess up my order though and forgot to add Sport PASM - order is locked but trying to find a solution with my SA (maybe a new build slot and a long long wait)

I want my wife to get the RS6 wagon or the RS5 sportback. Barring that, a Macan S.

Nope. “Too sporty.” Wants a car close to her old Q7. At least I got her up to an SQ5, but no further.

UrQuattro is the only car I’ve genuinely regretted trading. Wish I’d kept it.

A great car in every way... but it was time to live the dream of owning a 911.
Not quite every way; your shifter is an idrive controller...

I was not in love with the shaver , still
not. However , it’s a solid little nub and only use it to get out of P, N. All shifting ( PDK) is done via wheel paddles which are infinitely better than 991.1 version. Well, I didn’t even have paddles , I had the push - pull buttons. I suppose you can get used to anything but that kinda blew.

Was there a change in 991.1 -> 991.2 on these? I have the wheel mounted shifters, left pull for down, right pull for up. Pull both to go to neutral. Feels very natural, even though I actually prefer rowing, so I wind up snicking PDK to the left and using it that way.

I just miss rowing actual gears. My Aston DBS re-introduced me to manual shifting after many many years of various autos and DCTs. The last manual car I had before the Aston was the 85 CJ7. Going back to three pedals, even though I know it's slower 0 - 60 etc.

I wonder if there will be something offered to replace the nub. I know they have the leather/aluminum option on the configurator.. but I’d bet there will be other options to swap it out. Suncoast will be all over it

991.1 had 2 PDK options I think. The sport design wheel had conventional L ( down) and R ( up) paddles while others had push / pull buttons. Both L and R buttons allowed you to shift up and or down which was kind of convenient but I despised the look of my 991.1 MF wheel. The 992 wheel is truly beautiful to me. I even love the flat black plastic - just gorgeous.
