They are clearly delivering the cars. Just went to a movie at Century City and en route saw two 992s on the road new the dealer. Black cab and a white S. They looked great.

How did you find out about a software hold? When did your car arrive in poet? What port? What is the projected EXIT PORT date? Trying to see if my car may be held up for same reason.

Davisville. It's a very early build, but I don't know when it arrived in port or what the projected date is. Dealer said just a few days.
I am in Davisville with a software hold as well. Mine arrived in early July. Very frustrating, as orders placed after mine are already at the dealer. You would think Porsche NA would have used the three months at the port as an opportunity to install the update earlier.
