BTW, looks like you've specced satin platinum, not black. Platinum is more of a gray/gunmetal color.

Yessir, noted. It is satin plat. This is the lightest I would probably go. I like the blacks more and more though and this it would be a nice contrast. Thoughts?

Well, I'm the opposite - platinum is the darkest I would go, never been into black wheels, but that's just me. That said, the satin platinum S wheels are one of my favorite on offer standalone and I think AG is a color that works really well with them.

Thumbs up. Yeah. They look pretty good to me too. I'm just thinking the break dust is going to cover them and turn them black anyway. I have a 328i now and front wheels turn black basically the day after a cleaning. 911 same?

I saw one with Carrera Classics and it was beautiful. The darker inlets of the Classic wheels along with the machined/polished face provided a sweet contrast.

I debated classics or spyders with AG but I'm very happy with my classics. Bonus they are easier to clean too.

Haha, yeah. The spyders look the absolute best no comparison IMO but I knew they'd be a pain to clean. Gonna mess around some more. I have plenty of time to decide on wheels. No allocation for months I'm told. Thanks, fellas.

If its brake dust you're worried about, you can always go for the PCCBs. Of course, rain is another matter.

I also have the Sport Design fascia, which I'm really happy with

Hi All,

I have an aventurine green 4 GTS on order and very excited about it and having seen the pictures here on this thread I am sure I made the correct colour choice.

One area I am interested to hear about is the black GTS elements and how they will work with AG. Does anyone have black spyder wheels on their 911 AG which they could show? Also Sport front and rear (standard on GTS) would be great to see.
