For those who have Iceland Green interior, how do you like it thus far living with it day to day?
How easy to maintain and clean it?
I am debating between GT Silver and Aventurine Green. If I order Aventurine Green, Iceland Green is high on the list.
We have almost 5 years old son, although he is great in general (won't kick things around on purpose), I am concerned that the back area will get dirty easily.

I don;t have, yet, but considered both combos you are considering. I started with GT Silver and stayed with that until very recently. My wife really loved the uniqueness of the Adventurine Green...so that’s m y choice. And up until recently, had selected Iceland green...but now switched to black with the chalk stitching. My reason for moving to a. Dark interior is different than most, and has nothing to do with keeping it clean (ie I have a M4 with light interior, and have no problem keeping it clean).

Cody, I did AG with Black Leather / chalk stitch interior. It's a great combo. Did other dark highlights on the outside (wheels, lettering, black chip guard) and it's sublime.

Hah, your story is similar to mine that my wife also prefers Aventurine Green, I am still 50:50 vs. GT silver.
I have an M3 F80 with cloth interior so it's black, thus - I am thinking to get interior other than black.

Here is the picture (from this web site), that finally convinced me to go with Adventurine Green. I think this picture reinforces what my wife has been telling me that GT Silver looks like every 4th car on the road...heck, it’s the same color, or shade of silver as our minivan. Yes, I know GT silver is a historic/traditional color for Porsche, and silver, in general, is one of the most popular colors for all manufacturers. But having looked at hundred of pictures and videos, I think the Adventurine Green is one of the few colors that has some mystery, some sophistication to it, as the reflective shades of green change with the lighting and angle one is viewing from:
I think the Iceland Green interior, with black dash, etc looks stunning. I still flip back and forth on the interior color.
But, as shown above, one of my main reasons why I now prefer a dark, versus a light interior is - It is my opinion that unless I go with a dark tint for the windows, the light interior distracts (for me it does) from the exterior look of the car. When I stand back and look at the car with light interior, my eyes wander from looking at the lines, the flow of the beautifully 992, to the interior. I guess that’s the photographer in me speaking...,when I frame a shot, I want the viewers focus to be on where it should be, and in this case, I believe it should be on the external lines of the 992. Same reason I paid extra to black out the red calipers...the red calipers, IMO, is a distraction. When I sit inside the car, there is enough visual distractions (from the PCM, and dash, that I actually like the darker interior. Anyway, that’s just another opinion.
Go for it
