I did some of the maintenance plans on my 992 and Cayenne. If you do the math you’re saving ~20+% vs CURRENT pricing. I did ceramic and ppf separately and saved a bunch of $
I’d be surprised if it got to the assembly line if multiple parts were missing. Their “just in time” parts supply should identify that. It would be way less efficient ($$$) to store a partially finished car in a warehouse and have techs complete it by hand.
Maybe something didn’t pass the QC at the end of assembly?
Anything is possible. Porsche has been known to even ship cars with a missing part and have them wait at the docks or dealers until the part arrives. It wouldn’t surprise me if a car started production even with a part missing.
Amazing. My incoming Targa is a base white too. I was doubting my choice for half a day between base and metallic but after seeing them side by side I realized metallic is almost silver. Here is the example https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/rennlis...bc1c0826e.jpeg
This is the current status of my dream car. It says delivery by 6/26, but I know that won’t happen. They’re showing the car getting on a ship the day after arriving at the port, which I know won’t happen.
How long is it currently taking for cars to get in ships? Any ideas when I might actually expect to get my car?

Yeah I prefer BRIGHT white. All my cars are white, on black. Love the look and easy to keep clean.

It really depends on when your car gets there and is ready to be loaded onto a ship and when there is a ship ready to set sail that includes your destination on its schedule. If all goes well, it could be the next day or a couple weeks. My Panamera in 2021 got on a ship the day after it arrived at Emden but that was extremely lucky timing (I was still over a month delayed overall).
Don't despair, one-day turnaround is possible. My C4S arrived at port on 4-24 and left port on 4-25. The ship, SFL Conductor, is currently off the East Coast, scheduled to arrive in Rhode Island tomorrow. My wait continues as the boat goes next to Baltimore and then on to my destination port, Houston.

Since people with the same options did not get any delay, I also think it's more likely a QC issue. In TYD, below the last production photo, it says
"Your Porsche has reached the end of the production process and will immediately take the elevator down one level to be checked completely in the test facility. "

I only got the first 3 photos. The last one being the Assembly photo. Never got the elevator shot so I don’t think mine has reached the end of production and went into testing.
