Every time i try to download the shipping schedule from PWL it is stuck on the 7th week of 2023. Not sure where folks are getting the updated schedules but thank you for posting.
Cartod, don't despair. My TYD showed 04 one day before yours. Got my final photo a couple of days later, and then yesterday, every thing was pushed back by 2 weeks! This morning, much to my pleasant surprise, TYD showed 05 complete, and my entire schedule is now only 1 day later.
My step 4 was complete on 4/14, and had step 5 showing as 4/21 (today).
Step 5 just updated to 5/15 and pushed my expected delivery date out by almost a month. I’m hoping I have the same luck as some others and there is an update to show step 5 complete very soon.

They need to have a schedule live feed since these change constantly. Sunshine Ace got pushed back to 4/22 in Jacksonville and will likely push Houston by 2 - 3 days and Veracruz by 5 days.

‘Mine did the same a month ago. A week after that happen it updated again to production complete and things started moving.

I'm guessing your Step 4 was Apr 19? Did it say Apr 19 prior to start? If so, when did the status change from Step 3 to Step 4?
Mine had a targeted start of Apr 20 (Step 4), but still stuck in Step 3 for now. Anyone else in the same situation?

Compass isn’t due in San Diego until the 30th or Benicia until May 3rd according to the Stenna schedule I linked above… quite a few extra stops listed for that boat actually.
My order reached the date for Stage 4 "The manufacturing process of your Porsche has now started" on Wednesday, 4/19/23, but the system shows the order still stuck at Stage 3, "The manufacturing process of your Porsche is starting soon"
Is this normal? No other date on my progress chart has been changed or moved back. Will I be getting a surprise email as some point showing the car being built?

That’s not unusual as all of these dates are indications only. My car hit the production schedule on time and got to the port at Emden on time, then sat for 10 days beyond the shipping date with no update. Then the shipping date and all future milestones randomly moved out 5 weeks only to reverse back 3 weeks when my car finally shipped. Overall, with my car currently on a ship heading to the US as I type this, my final delivery date is only 2 weeks later than hat was originally estimated.
Hang in there and the dates will update even though your SA will have no more visibility than you do in looking at TYD

Two stops prior to San Diego. Manta is the next one then there's one about halfway up Mexico. Looks to me like the ship is running a couple of days behind so expect it to get to San Diego on May 2nd. After unloading it looks like we have another couple of weeks before they will ship the car out of port to the dealer.
