That’s not unusual as all of these dates are indications only. My car hit the production schedule on time and got to the port at Emden on time, then sat for 10 days beyond the shipping date with no update. Then the shipping date and all future milestones randomly moved out 5 weeks only to reverse back 3 weeks when my car finally shipped. Overall, with my car currently on a ship heading to the US as I type this, my final delivery date is only 2 weeks later than hat was originally estimated.
Hang in there and the dates will update even though your SA will have no more visibility than you do in looking at TYD
This was almost exactly what my TYD process was as well. The more I read this thread, the more it seems to be the normal. Twice I got bumped out a month+ only to be reversed within a week.
Hit step 4 yesterday and got my first TYD photos tonight along with a VIN that believe it or not has “S22” in it (3/4 characters of my profile ID)!
Made me wanna jump up and down like a little kid!!! This is my first experience with TYD and I have to say it’s very exciting (first Porsche being 971.2 with no TYD experience)
I'm guessing your Step 4 was Apr 19? Did it say Apr 19 prior to start? If so, when did the status change from Step 3 to Step 4?
Mine had a targeted start of Apr 20 (Step 4), but still stuck in Step 3 for now. Anyone else in the same situation?
My step 4 was April 18. It changed that same day and then on Apr. 19 I got the first photos. I’ve gotten 3 photos so far (paint shop, body work, and middle floor assembly). Waiting for more!

‘Mine did the same a month ago. A week after that happen it updated again to production complete and things started moving.
How did it affect the delivery date? Did that also get adjusted up as well when step 5 showed complete? If so, did it move back to the original date from before step 5 was delayed?

Honestly, I stopped looking at the dates at that point because they were worthless. The date for departure from Emden didn’t line up with any ship schedule, so clearly that date wasn’t realistic, nor was the date for arrival in the US because that’s dependent on the shipping schedule

My order reached the date for Stage 4 "The manufacturing process of your Porsche has now started" on Wednesday, 4/19/23, but the system shows the order still stuck at Stage 3, "The manufacturing process of your Porsche is starting soon"
Is this normal? No other date on my progress chart has been changed or moved back. Will I be getting a surprise email as some point showing the car being built?

My 2021 S had the S22 in the vin# and my incoming GTS has the same S22. It might be a few more years before it become S23.

Yes, this happened to me.
My DATE for Step 4 was originally 04/04, that date came and went.
On 4/14 the stage updated to show complete, a few days after that I received all 4 production pictures (this Tuesday 4/18).
My date for step 5 was showing as 4/21 (today), but then this morning the date updated to 5/15.
A few people have had this issue recently, but then the step 5 date moved up again and their car was complete well before the date that it jumped out to. I’m hoping my 5/15 date for step 5 gets moved up again in a few days. We’ll see.
