Official waiting room for those with a new 992 on order --- come on in !!
I got the Goodyear tires and love them. I usually go with Michelin but these have been great on the track and are wearing well. I can’t say about how they do in cold or snow however. I will buy them again.
My car was ordered in July 2022 and has been delayed multiple times like so many others (likely due to PTS and PCCB in my case). It’s been a bit of a wait. It began production on 2/3, completed production on 2/8 and was on the Sunshine Ace on 2/10. I’ve been refreshing TYD about 100 times a day waiting for production pics and even tried the hack multiple times to no avail. To my surprise, I not only got the pics today but got this whole new version of TYD. Pretty cool. I downloaded all pics easily. So happy it’s finally gonna be here in a couple weeks! Color is Oslo Blue.

Who will be the first person to post a production photo of Rubystar Neo???
@reddysum and I are both scheduled to be built in the next 2 weeks... Does anyone else have a Rubystar Neo 992 on the assembly line already or heading there before the end of the month?? If not, we might be the first two cars produced in this color as I can't seem to locate a single real world example of it yet.

mare you in the states? when did you get your allocation? My car is not scheduled until April to be built. I switched from python green to neo rubystar a week ago after seeing the color in the new configurator. I like my sports cars to look like toys rather than bland colors used everyday on a typical Mom van. I like the way the titanium exterior accents contrast with the brightness of this new color and it will look a lot like a PTS color without paying $12,000.
Hopefully it is rarely selected as most guys won’t be able to pull the trigger on such a bold color and will instead select GT Silver or Gentian blue.
I like the way it looks with the Spyder wheels and the set gloss kit.

Yes, I am in the US (Boston). My order was submitted the day the T was announced (October)... I received my allocation on Christmas eve!... Freeze date was 2/9... Build date is 3/3... Euro Delivery is 6/6. Besides Reddysum, I dont know of any other Ruby 992 builds before us. I completely agree with you, the 911 should be a FUN car and look that way. My previous 2 911s were Gentian Blue and GT Silver, and with this being the first one that I could fully build for myself I knew I had to go either PTS (not available now) or something from the special color list. Besides the Rubystar color, Im most excited to see the contrast of the CF roof option that I went with... I think that, along with all the agate grey trim + ruby will really look cohesive and just what im looking for.
I'm officially in the waiting room, my C2 GTS build locks in a month.
Scheduled for production the second week of April, anticipated delivery at the end of May. Fingers crossed that everything goes smooth and there are no delays.
Here is a link to my build if anyone wants to look, I'd be interested in any feedback from the group (including if anyone sees anything they would change).
I can't wait to take delivery!

Only other thing I would get is the Fire extinguisher for $180... this is a pretty good race car build right now with all the race-tex and red bits.. why not tie it all together with the cool fire extinguisher (it doesnt get in the way)...Otherwise looks really cool. congrats!
All great points! I was going back and forth on the carbon roof, may still make that change - not positive. I like the look of the carbon, but also like the continuity of the silver roof.
To be honest I haven't considered the fire extinguisher, I'm going to look into that one.
I appreciate the feedback.

Just went V200 for a 992 GTS with an April build...vehicle lock 4/7. Was denied the aerokit but per the TYD information changes are accepted up to 3/22. Was hoping the aerokit would become available prior to 3/22. Then I saw the below summary...it looks like from 3/2023 there is a 64 week delay!?. Need to check with my SA hoping for a possible typo

Anyone here have a car sitting in Benicia port?
Anyone here have a car sitting in Benicia port? If so, have you heard anything in terms of when these cars get released to dealers? I’m getting worried that something has happened to mine given it has been sitting there for 9 days.
On order since July 4th, and 'scheduled for production' since Oct 13th, just as my frustration was about to boil over with TYD and the continual delays, I awoke to a new dawn with bright sunshine when I discovered the new and improved TYD and alas, found photos which I had resolved I would never get. Moments later my feeling of ecstasy and joy was interrupted when I noticed that delivery to dealer has gone from mid-April to late May (originally delivery was supposed to be Nov 2022). The last photo shows it is missing the Aerokit so maybe that's the reason for the delays. I think it would have looked better had I opted for black calipers......any comments on that? Good luck to my fellow travelers......keep the faith
PS-and yes it appears I have the Goodyear F1's....but not being a tire aficionado, they only have to grip and not blow out at umm, speeds
