One interesting and random observation. In the old version of TYD, I believe I remember it showed the ship traveling to North America via the English Channel. The new version it shows it going via North Sea. I know absolutely nothing about intercontinental shipping, I wonder which is more accurate, or if it is conditional?
Unless I’m missing it with the new TYD, I think they’ve removed detail surrounding the vessel you’re on. Additionally, the actual route the ship takes isn’t shown. I’m on the Lake Wanaka that stopped in Davisville before heading to Houston. TYD shows it going up through the North Sea (as adm63 called out) and straight to Houston (no stop in Davisville).
It left port on 2/15 on the SFL Conductor. I saw that ship yesterday but I can't recall where I found the name of the ship yesterday to confirm it today on TYD.
My car was ordered in July 2022 and has been delayed multiple times like so many others (likely due to PTS and PCCB in my case). It’s been a bit of a wait. It began production on 2/3, completed production on 2/8 and was on the Sunshine Ace on 2/10. I’ve been refreshing TYD about 100 times a day waiting for production pics and even tried the hack multiple times to no avail. To my surprise, I not only got the pics today but got this whole new version of TYD. Pretty cool. I downloaded all pics easily. So happy it’s finally gonna be here in a couple weeks! Color is Oslo Blue.

Really nice choice on the color, looks great with the PCCB. Jealous that you got PTS even if you had to wait so long for it. I originally wanted to try for Amethyst metallic but by the time the Carrera T allocation was available PTS orders were closed. Still really happy with the results of the car in Gentian Blue. Went with the same choice of wheels and loving the look.

Thanks! I’ve had doubts about my color choice since ordering as I’ve never seen it in the flesh, wondered if I should have gone with something more unique, etc. But I love blue and this seemed like the best choice, so I’m excited about it now. My 2022 was Gentian (pic below). It was the first car I’d ever custom ordered and there were a few things I decided that I’d like to tweak about it if I had it to do over again, including PTS, so I put my name on the list and got one of my dealer’s first 2023 allocations because they knew I wanted PTS. Worth the wait (easier to say now that it’s almost here).
Good choice on your wheels. I liked the classics originally and still think they look great but am thrilled with the exclusives this time around. And…edit: I’m jealous that you got Michelins. I’d really hoped for those. I got Good Years last time and it was super hard to tell this time but they appear to be Good Years again.
I see we all have similar tastes! I chose the black brake calipers and wheels painted satin black. I saw this wheel color combo in person and I was floored by how good it looked.
I was not able to see my pictures until the car was finished and my TYD site was modernized and updated this morning.
Similar situation here - my car was finished Feb 3 but no photos until the update today. No status change however - it's still en route to Emden but the delivery date was pushed back another few days.
For those with PECLA or PECATL pick up points, does your TYD correctly show that as the final destination? I have PECLA delivery but my TYD still shows final destination at mid-US where the dealership is..

I’m doing PEC ATL and still showing dealer as destination but I’m not pas freeze yet so it’s early.
