Can you tell me at what point the Orders folder is visible and the photos appear? My car started last week and is in production till Friday 12/23...just curious if I should be able to see anything at this point. I do not see a folder labeled Orders on any computer (PC or MAC)
My photos were visible about a week after production showed complete on the TYD. Hope this helps.

The folder to look for is labelled “orders?include-full-content=false”.
I go to that folder but only get one picture - the one you have on top which is looking into the frunk. I'm thinking there should be 2 more...the side view (your 2nd picture with no doors etc...) and then the completed vehicle with wheel on etc ... Maybe the rest will follow?
My GTS is finally done and waiting for a ride to Emden, The boat is loading now and leaves on the 30th. I'll miss it for sure!! LOL
You and I have been very close in timeline. My car was done on 11/25 and is still sitting in Emden. I'm not too confident I make the 12/30 ship either, but time will tell.

Im with you both… my GTS Arrived at Emden 2 days ago. What vessel is leaving at 12/30?
A couple days ago, I received an email saying the car production has completed.
Today TYD has been updated and not only tells me the car is *still* being produced but also added a whole month delay in delivery (which is now all the way to March).
I'm baffled...
TYD says my car is on Sunshine Ace, Expected in Davisville on the 23rd. The ship is now in Halifax. Does the boat then go to Davisville? Vessel tracker does not show the sunshine ace expected in Davisville. I am remaining cautiously optimistic

Sunshine Ace has already left Halifax and is on its way to Davisville. For some reason the tracking services show it leaving Halifax and then en route back to Halifax. I am assuming this is an error and it will be updated (unless it actually is heading back to Halifax, which would be par for the course with all of the delays). My car is on the SA and is being dropped off in Houston.
