V. Nice indeed I've not warmed to the new side logo (yet) - need to see one in the metal.
I'm still toying with the older style - just not sure it works with a very modern 911? The new model logo's with strip are fresh and upto date, if only it extended to the rear wing. Here's the old style extended:
Just placed my order for my 4S - the dealer gave me the available "slot" he has.
It says the expected delivery to dealer is January - my question is how likely is it I get it this early? Probably zero chance right?
I got mine a whole month earlier than the estimate so it's possible. I was scheduled for a particular ship, but my car made an earlier ship at the last minute, chopping off 3 whole weeks. Then, another week was saved from the estimate as the car moved super fast from the port to the dealer.

I also got mine early, about two weeks before what the dealer told me after the car had been completed.

I ordered August 29. Originally slated for mid-late October. My SA mentioned it could get pushed back to mid-November. All depending on how their allocations were being stacked up.
How are you going about tracking the car? I know it can be done, but when do they give you the ability to track it?

they didn't ... I just keep texting my SA... the VIN was issued late last week...
I'm surprised there is no real time tracking for these cars... with my BMW I had a great on-line site for it.

I see.. somehow I thought I had read on here some who received some kind of commission or tracking number? Where you can see the status codes for where it’s at in process.

There is a track your dream app the shows you were your car is at any moment. Based on the dealer you may or may not get the email.
