You now have me wondering if I should change the wheels to exterior color (Aventurine Green) instead of gloss black. Pretty subtle difference on the configurator.
It was a nice touch and it did not stand out - meaning it wasn't like "what the heck did they do to the wheels". You almost had to look for it - but it was cool when you saw it. If I went with those wheels (I did RS Spyder) AND I went with the green or grey, I would do it. I don't think it would look good on Red or Blue however
Has TYD updated to show your car on the Siem Aristotle? My car got to Emden the same day as departure of the Aristotle but not sure if it actually made the boat or will be waiting at port for the next one.
The TYD will show the boat name as soon as it is assigned to it (if you click on the On Vessel step). So mine showed Siem Aristotle about a week before it actually got on the ship. I think that if your car got to port the day the boat left, the odds are pretty slim it is on there. But a call to your dealer can tell you for sure.
Yes, my TYD shows my car on the ship. Not long after the ship left port, it showed up. Never got my production pic though, I check under "discover current phase" on a daily basis. I suppose my car was being built when the photographer passed away.

Same with mine, no pic. I just assumed they disliked my Spec so much, they were just like "Get that thing the hell out of here! “. Haaa
I have a August allocation in Jet Black Metallic with Truffle Brown Club leather. Even opted for the Aluminum PDK gear selector. Does anyone and pictures of this spec? I really can’t haven’t found much online.

I opted for the same gear selector. It’s a minor thing, but adds a little touch of class to the interior, IMO. When my car comes in a few weeks, will post pics.
Just got this updated port schedule for Emden(below) My car has been at Emden since 3/31 waiting to come to Baltimore. The FYD site has it coming in to Baltimore on May 7th so it makes sense that the Med. Highway is the one for me. Good luck to those who are waiting....
Well I took the plunge and ordered my first ever Porsche. I received an early June production allocation for a C2S. Originally it was supposed to be a May build but once Porsche accepted the build it showed first week of June. I've been checking the TYD app daily....
Car has arrived at my dealer after a 5month wait! Picking up next week, very excited as this will be my first P-car! SA was kind enough to send me some pics! Went with a base C2 with some creature comfort options to start the plunge into P-cars. Planning for front bumper PPF and ceramic coating.
