Oh its very much off. My car was delivered in Nov right before Thanksgiving and Track Your Dream was constantly lagging as was/is MyPorsche site. The later still shows my car as being produced 3/4 but on its way now??? Delivery was 25 Nov 2020 so I think I got it. It took TYD another 1-2 weeks after delivery to update that the car had left the port. Dates also change sometimes with no real reason...but it is better than nothing and gives you some idea of what is going on.
My Porsche site still show my car as produced but not yet delivered/arrived....almost 60 days later!

So I may be answering my own question here, because my actual production date was actually moved up one day from the "estimated". Production actually started yesterday, and the change to "actual production date" happened today. So, yeah it's off.
Did you find that the estimated dealer arrival date was pretty close to your actual delivery (in my case, it's 56 days)?

992 dealer tracking - Aug 2020
The really best piece of info I did get tho...was the name of my ship that my car was being loaded on from the dealer. Once I had that and saw it matched in TYD it was easier to track my car real time using vesseltracker and any of the other programs that track ships real time.
Bremerhaven
Emden
Southhampton
Canal transit
My 992 tracking real time w/vessel tracker website - Port entry of Sara Leader (ship)
TYD arrival at dealership

A quick knock on the door to join you though quite a way out since lock is 2/22 and build is sometime in March. The excitement is palpable and will only get worse of course.
Hey Robert, you stationed in HI? I used to work at TAMC and Camp Smith. We're from there, miss family not the traffic ;-)

I put my deposit down in August, received a commission number and production started in mid December. My 992cs is currently waiting at Emden with an expected “On Vessel” date of 2/5/21.... is this at all accurate????
Due to the later “On Vessel” date, my expected delivery is 3/12/21.
Did anyone else’s car sit at Emden for over 20 days??

I guess I’ll wait it out and hope for an early vessel.
Thanks for letting me know and I hope you’re driving your car very soon!

We're from Aiea, well I am the wife is from Waialae Kahala area, as you can plainly see
Did a lot of deployments as a contractor (PW, CobraGold...) deployed all nets and comms for telemed. Yes, when we turned off at Aiea the miles of cars heading to Mililani was a real sight. Our house was on Enchanted Hills way above Aiea High School.
Thank you for your service! Enjoy the ride, will you ever get it out of first gear though ;-)

You're lucky that it's finished; it only took them 30 years to build it, heck the Cairo subway was built in a third of the time (compare delays due to archeology in Hawaii vs Egypt). They started H3 when I was in college and mile for mile is probably the most expensive Federal highway project. When they approved the monorail, we packed up and left and took a job as PM for a NOAA satellite and data acquisition station (we did quite a lot of work for NWS, AF etc).
Enjoy the 992!
