SA called and said my car should be on the truck arriving to the dealer today
It will be ready for my PPF guy to pick up on Monday, and then I get it hopefully Thursday or Friday of next week.

Having trouble deciding on exterior and leather combo. Torn between carrara white metallic, agate grey, or guards red. So different but all look great.

Welcome, I just took delivery of my Targa last week. I think a fantastic color combo is agate gray with the bordeaux/black interior. It was my close second choice. Of course colors are very subjective and personal. Good luck. I would also strongly consider the 18 way seat, expensive but so worth it.

@jrseltzer Welcome to the forum. Nice build. In the end order what you want, in the color you want, however since you asked: Exterior in Agate grey is the way to go. White and guards red project commonality as they are part of the preferred colors of dealers' inventory. You are special ordering a car so make it look special. This is just my opinion. For interior you are correct. The lighter interior will be the subject of dye transfer. Think of Bordeaux red or other darker tone to avoid this. But then again, if you want that color, go get it. Worry about leather cleaning later, just apply a protectant/sealant product prior to extended use. There are many out in the market for DIY.

Agree. The red looks a little out of place to me.

Extended range tank isn’t available on AWD variants.

You are going to love love love this car, I too had a 996, Boxster and currently drive a Macan when I am forced to leave my 992 at home.

Have you considered Aventurine green which is a nice grey on dark/overcast days and a hint of green on sunny days - a really beautiful color.
I suggest reviewing the threads on the 4 way vs 18 way. 18 ways are not necessarily a necessity or even worth it choice for all people. I got the 4 ways and am very happy with them. Yes the 18 ways are a little nicer but not over $3K nicer but again it depends on your size, your needs for tilting, lumbar support, adjustable bolstering and thigh support and memory positions
