My local deal is telling me an order placed today for a 4S would likely be a FEB arrival. However he does NOT currently have an allocation. That sound about right?

If he will only have an allocation later in the month or next month, then yes it sounds about right.

Hey question for the experienced here. I put an order about two weeks ago, the dealer was able to customize an allocation shortly before the lock. He mentioned I'm supposed to get an email notification about the progress etc. Today I messaged him and he told me the updated delivery ETA is 11/20 (YAY!) and entering body shop on the 18th and he doesn't know why I haven't gotten any email. At what point I'm supposed to get these email notifications? Is it possible that since the allocation wasn't mine originally, my email wasn't updated? Any insight would be useful. Thanks.

Call PCNA and give them your commission number, they will handle the rest.

Locking in our October Allocation tomorrow! Saw python green sample this past weekend and fell in love. Opted for lizard green tach, chrono, and stitching, decided against seatbelts and seat centers. Now we need a nickname, yoshi or frogger?

Nice.

Checking TYD this am, I see that mine entered production yesterday (9/4) — which previously was estimated to occur on 9/11. All other dates have stayed the same (expected at dealer on 10/23), but can’t be a bad thing for production to have started a week earlier than previously expected.

I am also a C2 Aventurine Green. Production start (and production completion) per TYD 10/2 with delivery to San Francisco 11/27. You picked a beautiful color!

Good for you Anthony - I look forward to the pictures. Now, hopefully someone will load mine on a ship to Houston ASAP.

I have the same delivery date for the bay area. Same ship if all goes smooth.

A c2s cab in AG here. The spec just froze yesterday. Supposed to enter production on 10/2 for 11/20 delivery to East Coast US...hoping to see the dates creep earlier....

Goodwood is sitting docked at the Port of Emden. My car is scheduled to be on it. However, TYD shows 15 days remaining until it is on the ship and headed out? I am assuming it will be sooner but does anyone know how long it takes to load up one of these ships?

Sitting at the port facility and waiting to get on the ship may be the worst stage of this process. I take that back, the worst part is sitting in a US port without release because Porsche can't get their DOT/CARB s_____ together; sorry for anyone in that situation.

I think it goes pretty fast. Right up until the moment my car was on the Swift Ace it was showing 2 weeks until it would be loaded onto a ship. So I would think you are going to check it one of these mornings and find you are on the ship and at sea!
