you can actually track the status of the vessel by a couple of different apps, like vesselFinder, MarineTraffic and shipTracking ect. Just googling the ship name aline will already provide you tons of such information.
I assumed that my car would be on the Sunshine Ace leaving Emden 11/2. My car arrived at Emden on 10/23.
Like you, my car arrived at Emden on 10/23, and I too assumed Sunshine Ace. I never received an email saying I was on the Lake Wanaka, so I had been watching the Sunshine Ace's progress. It arrived at Emden on Thursday and left today, but *for Singapore*. It's on its way to the Suez Canal as we speak. So now I'm wondering if I too am on the Lake Wanaka, even though TYD says I'm still at Emden.
Lake Wanaka is still in the English Channel for some reason, and isn't expected on the east coast for another 10 days. Up to this point TYD has been spot on, but now I don't know what to think!

My 2021 Targa 4 S that I traded was Chalk, the new Turbo S is IGM with the sport pkg, both are great colors. I prefer the IGM by quite a margin.
IGM is definitely lighter and brighter. Looks bright white in a showroom.
My car is IGM and it is sitting at Emden I will post a picture of my first car now for you.
It has a wonderful blue hue to the colour. it only looks whiteish in pictures with bright lights.

The Lake Wanaka was doing circles in the channel for about a week. Yesterday it left the channel and is on its way to Halifax. Can't you do the F12 trick and get the vessel number to confirm precisely which ship you are on?

I see SFL Conductor arrived in Houston yesterday (10/5). My TYD says I left Emden on 10/16, so I did not think I made SFL Conductor. Thought I was on Violet Ace, but it is on its way to Mexico and does not show a Houston stop. My TYD still says my car should arrive in Houston on 10/7, but the VW schedule does not show any ships arriving around 10/7. Dang, guess I just need to be patient!

That spreadsheet doesn’t show all the boats they use. Mine was not on the list. F12 or a call to your salesman will tell you the exact boat it’s on.
On another note. My car shows a delivery of tomorrow but I don’t think it’s even left the port yet.
@First Porsche@thomd Believe we were all on SFL Conductor. As you noted earlier, the vessel docked in Houston last night and my AirTag was ‘found’ an hour ago in the on-shore customs/auto parking zone. Congratulations. We are all about to graduate from this fun thread. Cheers!
