Were there any stipulations from the selling dealer, i.e., pay for PTS in advance or pay for the entire vehicle in advance?

None for this one, but this is my fourth car with them and 2nd 992 PTS. For the first PTS order they asked for 10% down on my Brewster Green car.

Nice! Last questions… Once your PTS request was submitted approximately how many days did it take to receive an answer? Does this recent order properly display in TYD?

it too a few days for the SA to come back and confirm it was accepted. I do think because my dealer is a Premier Dealer, they have some pull with PCNA. Yea it reflects correctly in TYD.

Edit: Thank you @emilpecheny for the intel. I like what I am hearing as our dealer is a Premier Dealer as well and our brand ambassador is highly recognized nationally by PCNA.

Been 10 days and the car is still stuck at the port for my GT3 - was quicker from Stuttgart to Halifax then it is from Halifax to Montreal,QC at this point.

Well, my TTS was on Patara that just arrived in Halifax yesterday and TYD is saying it will leave the port to Toronto Aug 21-31. My SA says his system is showing it leaves August 25 - over 2 weeks after arriving there. So my guess is that yours is still sitting at the port too waiting for a train ride out. The whole system is flawed! With the floods they had, I bet the backlog there has been crazy and there are only so many trains to get on. Porsche has a relatively small number of cars compared to BMW, Mercedes and Audi and they all need to get out of the port too. Really sucks!

Mine arrived July 31st and is showing departure from port on Aug 14-20th, so hopefully next week it will be updating.
SA says delivery to dealer Sept 1st.

So we'll see how that goes until then.
We'll keep updating once it leaves the port.

Your dates sound about right based on what mine is showing. Was NOT expecting that though and is so frustrating. So close yet so far! My SA says he emailed distribution to see if they could prioritize. They responded that they will try, but I think its mainly lip service.

Anyone know what is up with SFL Composer because based upon the schedule that was posted on here it was supposed to go to Houston after Jacksonville but now it is headed to Tuxpan in Mexico and I’m pretty sure my car is on that ship and to be delivered to Houston seems odd it is heading to Mexico doesn’t jive with the shipping schedules people have posted on here. If anyone has any idea please let me know. Thanks.

Same thing happened with Sunshine Ace. No mention about Tuxpan on the logs then it updated to “Tuxpan” right after leaving port in Halifax. Left Tuxpan this morning to arrive in Houston tomorrow hopefully.

Sfl Composer is est to arrive in Houston on 8/15/23 at noon LT
